myBuddy 280 13-Axis Collaborative Dual-arm Robot is a compact functional dual-arm 13-axis humanoid collaborative robot powered by Raspberry Pi. This service robot is providing versatile opportunities for secondary development of cross-platform software and it is a great educational tool to explore the world of robotics and AI as well as master basic programming skills. The working radius of a single arm is 280mm. The maximum payload is 250g. It can work with multiple accessories (suction pump, grippers ,etc). It also has a 7-inch interactive display screen and two 2-million-pixel HD camera. It is an open-source research education robot. It has more than 100 API interfaces that can be used, and the bottom control interfaces of myBuddy are open. The whole machine motion control drive library of myBuddy is open, more than 100 control interfaces such as joint angel control, coordinate control are available. It is a productivity tool and a tool to expand imagination. Also, it has a Visual Development Environment that allows users to program the robot without writing code as it is a graphical programming tool that can be used to create programs for myBuddy 280. It is designed to be easy to use and can be used by people with little or no programming experience. In addition, it supports ROS Learning application. ROS (Robot Operating System) is a popular open-source software framework for robotics development. It provides libraries and tools to help software developers create robot applications. ROS Learning is also a graphical programming tool that can be used to create programs for myBuddy 280 using ROS, which makes it easy to use even for people with little or no programming experience.
