The YANGDA Sky Whale Mini Professional VTOL Drone is a compact yet powerful electric VTOL drone designed for endurance, versatility, and ease of use. It is a fully electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) fixed-wing UAV that stands out for its long endurance, offering up to 3 hours of flight with a surveillance camera and around 2.5 hours with a 2 kg payload. Its aerodynamic design, weatherproof fuselage (IP55 rating), and reliable avionics system make it ideal for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), mapping, and search-and-rescue missions. One of its key advantages is fast deployment: thanks to quick-detach technology, a single operator can assemble or disassemble the drone in just 3 minutes. The quick-release cargo bay allows seamless switching between payloads such as LiDAR, mapping cameras, or EO/IR gimbals. It also integrates smart features such as built-in antennas, TOF landing assistance, and DGPS navigation, eliminating compass calibration and resisting electromagnetic interference. For operators, the LAUNCH ground control software ensures a user-friendly piloting experience—even beginners can fly it confidently. Optional upgrades include satcom connectivity, ADS-B integration, Follow Me functionality, and unlimited video/data transmission via 4G/LTE. Powered by the XTurbo Intelligent Battery, the drone delivers over 400 charge cycles and features advanced safety features.
